No problems with residential property ..also an excellent base to a geared share portfolio .
Despite so many trying to claim the sky would fall in , it certainly has not ..and will not , particularly Melbourne / Eastern Seaboard . Rents are rising , yields improving .investors returning , on top of a rental stock shortfall .
Nothing wrong with ownership in property plus Equities, building wealth is about building Equity in Assets . Property is an excellent " backbone ".
