    So do you have a reference for this belief because my international business law experience leads me to believe the exact opposite. Granted I have no experience with telcos, but my previous employers have operated in 100+ countries without having to obey Aust law in all the others. Tax and business organisation laws, yes they must obey because they are Austranlian by nature, but products and services, no they do not. I believe it all depends on how the company positions itself internationally.
