If BSR continues to raise capital at the rate of the past few years, it's possible that the share price might not get back to 2 cents and the directors would still get their bonuses.
The milestones are not necessarily good for the shareholders and may even be detrimental.
I will vote against the directors options/rights because they don't unequivocally benefit shareholders.
