    Tell Downer to pay quicker and remove 90 percent condition.

    Atm no guarantee we getting paid.

    Major with 11 percent said no.

    So what is chances of shares in limbo for months on end.

    Better off selling on market is certainty. Accepting offer no certainty easy choice I think.
