Probably covered under the banner of trading whilst having the benefit of insider knowledge. But it is a sort of reverse case where directors are precluded from trading in their own company's shares but not others. However this is probably covered where for example directors would be precluded from trading in shares say where there is a takeover in process. Thus might this legal tussle be considered similarly?
I doubt they (the Directors of MZN) would be doing it myself.
