I do some mergers with other iron ore juniors synergies in less listing fees, BOD and CEOs. Some iron ore miners are sitting below cash backing. Takeover MGX has heaps of cash and some assets. Use their cash to build the railway. It would be cheaper then a CR or debt funding.

Script offer of 10 percent plus of MGX's $450M aud would do it. Value it at $500M.

Go back to the drawing board and think how they could build a railway for $450M.

Well it would cost them $50m to think about how to do it. So that'll leave them about $500m short of building a railway.
