How they plan to raise those funds I can't help you with given our recent withdrawal from our two binding off takes and as to date no replacement off takes announced. But will be interesting to see what the plans are. Recent MOU with ROSATOM had some mention of finance and of course their is still an MOU with POSCO that I don't think we have withdrawn from, whether that means it's still in play though I am a little unsure.

Hopefully someone with large project finance experience can give us their thoughts on what some pre-requisites to various forms of finance might be and also thoughts on whether the POSCO MOU is still in play, would they announce a withdrawal from an MOU or would it just lapse at some point?
