Yes a notice would be required.

Two points

1) In some ways for DW to sell any shares/options is a bad look, but also be construed as a good look if he sold some options to convert the rest to shares and hold, but still a bit iffy.

2) DW mentioned before that it is hard for him to buy and sell in the market because it would imply then that the market knew everything he did, which is rarely the case, presumably also hinting that confidential conversations are always on the go towards possible future deals.

Remember, when DW was recently asked as to who was looking at IW2 and what happened, he said everyone was looking, who knows what discussions have been had or are in progress.
