should have read:
"In the last two years this company has been diluted by ~42%!"
I second Hugo's lifeline suggestion. Things might seem bleak now, but it's never as bad as might seem. There is absolutely no shame in cutting your loses now and moving on and chalking this experience down to one of life's lessons.
