The bulls are simply not strong enough (yet).
It needs to do a lot more work to get back to 40s again.
But I have no doubt that once the sellers are finished, we will see the next leg up.
Would be good if it can conslodiate around here a little while before the next move.
The longer the stronger the next move will be!.
