Interesting, not saying what you state is not going to happen, but re addendum, i have seen them change payment terms by canceling the original term and set new ones. Therefore this would be very possible.
In your view the addendum which has kicked off stage 1 is not the initial agreement that was claimed to be signed, therefore no upfront etc be due, but only when the new agreement is signed after stage 1 is completed. But isn't this the 2nd agreement.
They state the initial agreement will trigger payments which will also deliver a number of advanced units for consumer trials.
This leads to the 2nd agreement where the units are built with this knowledge.
I have emailed several different emails of late with no response. Becoming a common occurrence of late (must be getting to detailed).
