So how does one company 'inform' the other when Stuart is the CEO of both ?

No information where the money for the capital raising is coming from either. HML? Another Stuart controlled entity?

The idea of valuing an investment every few weeks/months that you yourself control and adding that to the NTA all seems a little smoke and mirrors.
I can make up a new valuation of my car but it doesn't mean it is worth any more than it was last week.
