Here is the relevant part of the announcement on May 2nd: "Thred’s rigorous acceptance testing program is well under way on each of web, iOS and Android Apps. The options above are subject to, and vest upon, acceptance by Thred. Thred expects a successful conclusion to this win-win program and will give further guidance as necessary."
