That is the point, it is still prospective, so based on historical sales is worth 20c a barrel at best.
However, if IW2 proves up viability, a different story emerges almost immediately, and for almost the whole acreage as the HRZ is fairly homogeneous in the sweet spot, just the thickness varies.
