Looks as though reading the PLS thread they now have the long awaited mining license approved. Would explain the strong buying all day- 1.5mill just in auction alone closing on its high for the day. So if announced tomorrow will offer many trades. A lot waiting on this and some shorts to cover. It's a recipe for volatility.....
