Correct me if I am worng, but with more than 50% of SMM PDN can now place its own board members, or even repalce the entire SMM board. There is then nothing to stop it as a majority shareholder controlling the board from delisting the company from the ASX. In that case all of the minorty sharholders can try to get sell their shares privately for a few dollars, or even cents!!! Compare with what Cemex is doing to Rinker shareholders! It is threatening if it gets 50% to repalce Rinker board, and htere is the possibility of Rin being delisted from ASX and NY. Cheers holders and think about the options but not for too long. My position? - I converted my SMM to PDN.
