What! No way ! Riley becomes a shareholder just like the rest of us. 1pg retains the tech and the cash and no golden handshakes. We get something for 1pg and the data base and the cash and we look at other investments that don't involve cash burn. The 1pg software and database is worth something if put into the right hands.
