One has to wonder when the negative sentiment towards ARC will ever go away.
The bounce from the low $1.30's area to the current price seems quite small given the great assets ARC is picking up and the blue-sky potential in the CB.
PSA, another dog in the patch, had a huge gain today just on the pick up of one producing assets for under $4 million and another JV targeting some unproven amount of resources.....
