    Sorry for late reply.

    When a director sells all shares, one must automatically shift into doubt mode about any stock. Surely, if the Director was confident about his holding, why sell to pay of debt when he could go to any bank for a competitive loan facility. This Director knew full well what was going to happen, so don't let anyone tell you that insider trading does not exist in our ASX.
