Nockname, the announcement was probably made out of necessity because DW had told shareholders news that were too good to be true too many times.

In 2005, when the bondholders agreed to forgo the covenant requiring Australian approval by April 2006, David Williams raised shareholders hope reminding shareholders that his incentives was tied to achieving the April registration and many shareholders were misled to believe he could achieve the target.

Such upbeat news were repeated a number of times. In March 2006, David Williams again stated that:
    1) QUOTE: Chemeq is currently applying for regulatory approval in numerous other countries around the world including Europe and the USA where it has been granted EXPEDITED REVIEW STATUS!
    2) Approval process in Brazils is anticipated to be completed in the second half of 2006.
    3) Australian product registration process is progressing but is expected to extend until EARLY 2007.
    4) Thailand product registration is not expected until EARLY 2007.

Dimwits like Optimix, Nodil and Steeler were all excited and repeatedly spruiked that regulatory approvals were round the corner. Is it mere coincidence that so many of DW’s upbeat news proved to be wrong? Is from incompetence, inexperience, or something else? Is there any similarity to the shepherd boy who repeatedly cried wolf?

All shareholders should now question when DW first knew that CMQ will not achieve his upbeat news and why it took until May 2007 before he update the market. Shouldn’t a competent CEO know earlier?

Virginiak and Optimix, is this your dream team and model CEO?

    Cheers.
