It was obvious the board were going to shutter the existing biz, so the question has to be asked....why didn't you take the fully functioning 1Page business private when you were offered the opportunity? My understanding of events is you were probably offered the business and a quarters cash burn in return for your shares.
Now what will you have if you are voted out? Surely you saw this coming which implies no private backers saw the value in the 1Page business to keep you sustained longer than 3 months once private
