al maynard resignation from arv also, page-4

just had a look thru ARV's prospectus.... and there seem to be some JORC estimates which came from Maynard and Associates (ie; Maynard's consultancy)...

with ARV - he was on the board as a non-Exec director from the IPO....

perhaps these are the things that may been wrong in the eyes of some regulatory matters...

'tis just conjecture, but why the sudden departure...

he seemed like one of those people that got companies their projects.... very valuable in these times.....
