Hmm. Agreed. Watching the SP transactions all morning. We are still not getting the post open follow through we want. I expected it to drive up more after the gap fill. 41 didn't hold, although it seems a pretty half hearted push back and should have been easily swamped. Looks like the market is still not satisfied, and we are going to need the financing in place after all. So the question is whereto from here over the next few days? I don't want to say what I am thinking, not today. Could get an afternoon push yet, so let's look for that.
