Offers for Tshipi due on Friday; owner gears up for Johannesburg IPO
Preliminary offers for manganese ore producer Tshipi will be submitted by the end of London business hours on Friday April 28 while its owners prepare for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
Interest for Tshipi has come in from China, Japan, India and the West, Metal Bulletin understands. The process to list Tshipi on the JSE started this week. Management held productive meetings with global investors in London, Johannesburg and Cape Town.
