This may be good MSB ,but I can't see it happening as yet ..Not sure how a state can overide a federal authority , that is why the FDA is in place,other states would follow and it would end up a mess,also it gives backyarders open slather which the feds are trying to get rid of..But it may prompt the fda to do what Texas and Arizona propose and highlight the existing situation..V
