Where did you get this? Doesnt seem to be posted anywhere and presumably it's very market sensistive information.
If they are going to close it down,its a good buy unless the people on the other side of the deals realise they are dead ducks, in which case they will take advantage of it. I think I read somewhere that they are the biggest seller of vol in world gold markets.
Other alternatives they face:
-sell the book to an investment bank
-recapitalise
