It might have been one dollar at the floating (IPO) time but, if you/us were to get an offer of 75 cents put on the table today, you'd be squashed into a flat mat in a few seconds flat by the people running to the exit doors of this sad and sorry story.
While IMO, if the SoA will fail and if an offer was put on the table straight after by STO for 35 cents, the rush to the door would be so quick that you wouldn't see anyone for the dust. Especially if STO will make it clear that not only RC would get immediately eliminated, but that the whole current BOD's will get the big boot too.
Lets put it in this way, I WOULD BE READY AND WILLING to even buy the boots for them if they wanted me to. And they will be pointy ones with plenty of vaseline upon them too..
