1247 [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: JPMorgan lifts Computershare (CPU.AU) target price 7% to A$11.50 after upgrading EPS forecasts 6% in FY08 and 14% in FY09 on improved EBITDA margin and cross selling assumptions. Says prospect of a private equity takeover bid has firmed after Lloyds TSB Registrars reportedly agreed to GBP550 million bid in U.K., and believes CPU would be "well disposed" to entertaining a bid of around A$13/share, believing management has "an active dislike" of demands of being a listed company.
