I agree with what Jake has said. There is certainly an issue for CTP if Directors intend resigning on a No vote and having alternate directors is a good step or it will no doubt play into the debt holders (MB) hands anyway. Personally am a bit bemused that JH has been put up, however I guess not surprising. If CPSA have some problem with this then perhaps they can put up their own alternates.
Getting a bit tired of the seemingly endless drama that is CTP!!
(Poor old MB might need CTP even more now to help pay for the poor dears new bank tax)
