2bill is a bit fanciful. I would of expected a lot higher. A long way from nowhere so large transport costs. Murrin is only 2hrs from Kal, with a railway line almost to its door. Not saying it wont get developed, but I would think for a lot more than they are quoting, and with a lot higher operating costs given its location. But then again, I have been wrong before, this might be one of those times.
