This reminds me somewhat of Whitehaven Coal over the last three years - they got hammered during the latter stages of their shift from construction to production of their prime product. The shares dropped from round $2.00 to around 33c and then rebounded to $2.80 odd.
They did not even then or still now i think pay a dividend whereas Qin has paid dividends.
So I have bought some more and will hold and wait.
