the link i posted from realestate.com.au are not GUL lots for sale
they are just examples of what land is selling for in that suburb
the GUL lots will be around 650m2 i recall from when i spoke to the council
the GUL plan was 750m2 lots but they were measured wrong
see the council links i posted. the GUL plan is there for viewing
