24hr support is pretty easy for them to set up and doesnt cost much . normally they pay some overseas call centre to answer there hotline and they have a guide they read off to pretend to help . like have you tried taking battery out and resetting and stuff like that . but might mean management misses out on another free coffee each day to cover that cost
