No one is confused between the distributorship agreement and the Sale Contract agreement, not least you or me. The fact was you tried flip-flopping after being caught stupidly claiming DW was not in CMQ when the sale contract was signed.

I posted that “the dubious Inviro contract that was announced as unconditional, not financed by CMQ and achieved the price” where you went on to lied DW was not there. There is NO POSSIBILITY my postings were referring to the distributorship agreement which has has nothing to do with being “unconditional and not financed”. Tried not be a grub and show some human trait by admitting your mistake instead of trying to lie out of your stupidity.

PS: Whether CMQ wins the appeal or not is completely unrelated to your lie DW was not in CMQ at the time the Inviro sales was announced!
