Sorry inside-money, I am going to chip in this time ---

Sell off your assets to maintain operations: A direct investment is not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of holders are frustrated because they have promised this a few times in the past and hasn't happened so many holders actually want this to happen. The value of this is two fold:

- The incubator buys of early stage tech companies with huge risks, once the risks are mitigated and the concept is proven then seeks investment from larger firms in a hope to significantly increase valuation which in-turn increases valuation of the entire portfolio as well as provide ROI and much needed cash. This hasn't yet been announced as full divestment yet so we are yet to see what that means.

- These external investments also validates the credentials of the company which allows them to value future tech startups much higher and gives them more negotiation and bargaining power. Not to forget the much needed market awareness with investment firms.

Get ready: This I agree with you. they have failed at #1 a few times and in-turn had to raise cap to fund operations which often has been at a discount because there isn't really a story for them to sell there yet.

I am ready to be disappointed but I don't think it is appropriate to call it a dark where is even a blink (1%) of light there. Mind you, the company is generating $4m in revenue and is valued less than $5m? They can in a blink of an eye down-staff and turn profitable tomorrow but that's not what it is about.
