    What a great company. So profit is down from 20% to 10% increase, the difference due to sourcing new land due to the cyclone. Existing projects on target as per earlier ann on 10/4.

    Downgrade of an upgrade, but so what? Yet shareprice down 16c early on to $3.90 on very low volume. I've taken the opportunity to purchase more up to $4.00. Great opportunity IMO. Yield of about 6.7%
