If the Directors of Xped have no solutions for this small debt with Dr and still proceed with the acquisition, then they should be removed immediately, IMO.

For 67K, I don't think they will jeopardise their reputation. If they still proceed "now" with this bugging 67K loan court case with Dr, that may be telling us how important Jemsoft may be for Xped, to enable Xped to have an end-to-end IoT Platform ready. As we were told, Xped will be conducting launching of its MVPs for 3 areas over the next few months.
