Sorry gasoroil I disagree. The BOD aren't obligated to hold these meetings and basically are putting themselves in the firing line answering questions from the floor and internet.
I encourage shareholders to take this opportunity to attend these meetings and ask the tough questions that haven't been answered to their satisfaction.
I will definitely be voting NO.
