its not the land owners land it is the customary holders land ..thats still the problem , thru out the pacific it is a massive problem then you have high tide water land ownership issues AVQ still has a long way to go and any hint of big $ involved the land issue gets more merki by the day week month years it goes on and on IMO, hence RM lack of personal holdings of shares in AVQ and instead the very fat pay cheque
