Good summary @prazzzz and while I have only been here a while I still see some major announcement potential that would put the MC well beyond this dismal situation.!!
There has been no negative news as yet, just missed promises which are punished heavily in the tech startup business...too many examples to even bother picking one!
I think the value of the company is somewhat miscalculated though...as you say we have a $4m turnover and a $6m MC. The market is providing no potential revenue at this stage, even though we have many major companies interested in our Y-Hub and its potential, along with the other companies currently bringing in pretty good revenues at this early stage of their development. SO the thoughts I have are with Lenovo there is an undoubted revenue stream which has not been added to the markets valuation. What happens when this eventuates is why I am invested here...
Lastly, the difference in revenue to outgoings is NOT that big and with a good injection of cash, from either a CR or an investment in one of the companies we own, the outlook is far better than the market values!
