Should s/holders sue

It has become plainly obvious that the management and board have no clue about their numbers and what drives revenue.

Their guidance which was given earlier in the year again looks like pure fantasy - they are just making it up. I think we would have a case against them for misleading the market. I mean the sp can t get much lower yet they are still sticking to numbers they are again unlikely to meet.

Saying things will improve in back half of 2017 is just delaying time. I bought a parcel last year at 1.24 thinking of a nice div and was just so tempted shortly after to sell at 1.36 but got distracted and went onto other things - kick myself on that one. I can live with that but cant live with incompetent management and guidance which i would not use for toilet paper
