This filing of case against WTG along with write downs to the tune of 1 billion dollars by SGH strikes the death knell of MB CA case in my opinion.
Imagine UR the presiding judge and you have a case against a company and its directors for not keeping the market informed and that company has just bought another company on a foreign land for 1.2 billion dollars and trying to sort things out theri.
It is not possible to get a handle on these things overnight and find out all the things that are right and wrong re the business that SGH bought and so accordingly SGH informed the market.
No sooner information came to knowledge that it was not possible they did that.
That too under the circumstances when SGH was likely to be fruadulently sold a dud for 1.2 billion dollars.
It is not without reason that AG spent so much time in UK.
Of course he was trying to sort things out and also in a way establish the case first hand against WTG.
Fraud cases are usually simple.
Evidence has to be black and white.
Either it is there or it is not there.
No ifs and buts.
So i think the case will be decided very quickly.
Those who think that it will take years again are in for a big disappointment.
So by the look of it the case against WTG is very solid.
No wonder SGH has not bothered even to share the information with WTG.
Why should they any way.
Re recovery of 600 million dollars, just wait and watch once they case is filed.
Looks like again bears are in denial .
Sock is going to come when they see the filing of the case.
Once case is proved , there are likely to be many ways and many parties and people who will be made to pay through their nose.
Those who see the anchorage as enemies of current shareholders are also for a big big disappointment.
U got to realise that even if they get fully paid for what they are owed ,they make a big big killing.
Is that possible???
Well i cant deny that possibility.
Nor should any one else.
I have always said SGH got too many rods in fire.
Just few of them got to fire up and thats it.
well SGH has set the chess board.
Just played two moves.
Few more moves and one may see it is game over for all the opponents.
Can U rule that out completely.
I cant.

Looks like mayhem tomorrow.
Some newspapers caught on my idea re debt holders being paid out of the winnings.Well well well. SGH will still be left with half a billion dollars or so.
Happens all the time.
so i dont read newspapers anyway.
I have been writing again and again and again that bears have been too greedy.
well market is just greed and fear.
Bears have overplayed thewir hand and for too long.
That is what complacency does to lot of people when they winning big time.
Same holding true for the CA.
Dead in water is the verdict.
Shame that i am 46 K short of my highest holding level in SGH.
Good thing is that i covered 250 K or so back to my SGH kitty.
Never mind.
How will the ones who have been bullying,calling names and what not the suffering LT holders of SGH feel now when SGH rocket takes of to the stars.
