    Retail investors caused the spike and than sold out over the next 2-3 days.

    HC ramping (up or down) never makes and noticeable difference over weeks or months because the market eventually reality checks and those looking for a quick buck move on but when you talking daily volume of under 150k ramping FOMO spikes are definitely a reality at this end of the market.
