It started with a tenuous link to an R&D grant based on an AGNOSCO trademark update, which itself was based on a ROAM-e update.
The only factual update we have is from IOT, who have stated, they no longer are Tech Innovators and have moved to being a profit driven Business.
I don't see any update about AGNOSCO being ready for market, so no profit to generate. So it must still be under development, IOT are no longer innovators so currently it must be shelved.
As IOT are now profit based they have shelved the ROAM-e for some point in the future, as per recent announcements.
