    been watch closely someone accumulating what they can at these levels, substantial holder announced the other day took 8mil on market & possibly the same person whos buying up what they can at these levels lately, may be ready to breakout above .06, at these levels ORP is cheap, recent placement done to pattersons & also took the short fall of the rights issue, pattersons are good backers behind the spec stocks, recent ones have been CVI, BLR, RMI pattersons behind.
