    Numbers seem abit good to be true - kind of like UNV's. The only thing that worries is being US Based (Trump haha), and the unpredictability that comes with this. Would be curious to know what their operating all in costs are a tonne (per the screenshot it seems to be circa $29.24 and $27.37 USD/ton if i have it right)? Not as great as UNV's but still would hav eto look into things - do they have commercial offtakes etc. in place already?
