Not sure about whether Boardman is still there. He is the COO so would have expected to see an announcement by the co. if he had left. Anyone else known if he's still there?
Saying that I can not see how he can still be there if they are now taking court action against him. That would make an already messy situation far more worse.
Have noticed that the CEO is not signing the exchange releases lately. So perhaps a bit more going on too???
