Is this where the AIIB where everyone bar US/Japan were signing up, a small puzzle in the Chinese dream of this objective? If they can pull it off, we will be digging up even mire IO just for the rail, never mind all the communities development along this route. That is a lot of steel/cement/copper wiring/energy etc that will pull even more people from the lowest level of the food chain up. There is still plenty of life yet in all the mineral/food resources from Oz!!!!
