    "The take-up of solar panels is welcomed by the clean energy sector but a limit has been put on the installation of solar panels in Carnarvon, Exmouth, Esperance and Broome.

    Horizon Power's Tracy Armson says the limits have been imposed because too much power being fed into the grid can cause black-outs."

    I wonder if what was said in this article in 2013 is still true?

    I would think the advances in battery storage would help to overcome the excess power issue that causes blackouts.
