I am of the opinion that it will be a long shot to get what they are claiming from Watchstone.
It will also take time that SGH and the hedge funds may find they dont have.
So dfe deal still most important thing in short term. And claims are a sideshow.
Also i dont believe the CA is dead as it relates to guidance and keeping shareholders informed, not whether we were sold a dud. However could go some way to explaining AG's mindset around confirming guidance if he was strongly of the belief that we were sold a great opportunity, and the numbers confirming that it was a dud was not quite at hand.
Happy to hold the little value i have left and let this play out, but not getting overly excited like Krispy and other bulls.
